About Book
A mission to Mars results in a crash, leaving Vladimir Vane and Ivy Mercer as the supposed future of humanity. Stranded on the planet meant to be studied, not survived. What they believed was the beginning of the search for life quickly becomes a roller coaster ride into a nightmare. Their crew vanished. Their supplies are gone. But the red planet is far from empty. From strange transmissions echoing through damaged comms, eerie voices that know their names, to the red sand breathing underneath the feet, Mars seemed more alive than dead.
It feels less like a destination and more like a witness. But the greatest threat may not be the planet itself. As they venture further in search of help or a flicker of light, buried memories resurface, and old wounds begin to bleed into the present.
Reality starts to fracture, and Vladimir and Ivy are forced to confront a terrifying possibility:
They did not just arrive on Mars, but Mars has been waiting for them.
